JD.com is commonly known as the Amazon of China and is China\u2019s largest internet company by revenue – its businesses range from e-commerce, cloud computing, technology, and logistics. APEX Technologies is a leading China-based enterprise predictive AI company backed by Tencent and Anker Innovations, and is one of the key organizations behind Phoenix\u2019s tech development.<\/p>\nPhoenix will leverage JDT\u2019s and JD Cloud\u2019s global GPU-enabled computing nodes via Phoenix\u2019s decentralized AI compute network SkyNet, as well as integrate JDT\u2019s proprietary AI technologies such as AIGC and LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities as solutions to use with Phoenix\u2019s SkyNet. Additionally, APEX Technologies, Phoenix, and JDT will provide joint solutions for large enterprises in use cases such as AI-enabled CRM, IoT, and predictive analytics.<\/p>\n
According to key members of Phoenix\u2019s team, the platform is in the process of developing multiple major partnerships with technology firms that have large computing and GPU resources, including large cloud computing firms, AI companies, and crypto mining firms. According to Phoenix\u2019s AI Computation Layer development plan, the first phase is to develop strategic partnerships with enterprises for both compute node resources as well as deployment of AI applications on SkyNet, and then the next phase is to have \u201cretail\u201d join into the compute network with GPU-enabled devices.<\/p>\n
